水井钻机井架在使用过程中,承受吊装、随车移运、起放、钻井作业、风暴自存等多种工况受力,总体结构及其焊缝强度需要满足要求。结合工程实践知识、综合应用有限元分析,找出重要的关键焊缝,并对焊接接头进行针对性设计、强度计算和焊接工艺评定,确保设计和生产质量。并且,通过多工况模拟试验,进一步对结构及焊缝质量进行了验证。在设计生产过程中,把结构受力分析、结构焊接接头设计和产品验证有机地结合在一起,为其它类型井架设计制作提供了借鉴。
In the process of using, the derrick of the water well drilling rig is subjected to a variety of working conditions such as hoisting, transporting and lifting of the truck, drilling and drilling operations, and storm storage. The overall structure and the strength of the weld seam need to meet the requirements. Combined with the engineering practice knowledge, the finite element analysis is applied synthetically to find the important key weld, and the design, strength calculation and welding process qualification of the welding joint are carried out to ensure the quality of design and production. And, through the multi-conditions simulation test, the quality of the structure and the weld is further verified. In the design and production process, structural stress analysis, structural welded joint design and product verification are organically integrated, which provides reference for the design and manufacture of other types of derricks.
