从国内外的研究来看,目前针对英语教师反思性教学研究主要集中在本科院校,高职院校这方面的研究较少。反思性教学研究的目的就是让教师能够在教学的过程中学会反思,在高职院校英语教师开展反思性教学很有必要。为了解广西高职院校英语教师开展反思性教学的现状,选取十所高职院校的英语教师作为研究对象开展调查研究。研究表明,广西高职院校英语教师进行反思性教学的比例较低、效果不佳、形式单一;教师在反思性教学中遇到的困难主要有缺乏理论支持、缺乏进修的机会和财政支持、缺乏自我评价的习惯和时间。
At home and abroad, there are few researches on reflective teaching research for English teachers in universities and vocational colleges. The purpose of reflective teaching research is to enable teachers to learn reflection in the teaching process. It is necessary to carry out reflective teaching in the English teachers in higher vocational colleges. In order to understand the status quo of reflective teaching for English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, ten English teachers from vocational colleges were selected as the research objects to carry out investigation and research. The research shows that the proportion of reflective English teaching in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi is low, the effect is poor and the forms are single. The difficulties encountered by teachers in reflective teaching are mainly lack of theoretical support, lack of opportunities for further study and financial support, Lack of self-evaluation habits and time.
