一般在湿润状态下,车轮踏面与闸瓦间的摩擦系数降低。这种现象通常发生在车辆速度大约低于30km/h,而且是在闸瓦压力较小的情况下。作者通过喷水条件下,在制动试验台上对六种不同类型闸瓦反复进行的试验,研究了车轮踏面粗糙度与摩擦系数的变化关系。指出,摩擦系数未必取决于踏面粗糙度,除非闸瓦压力较小,但有两种闸瓦的摩擦系数在反复试验时显著降低。
Generally in the wet state, the friction coefficient between the wheel tread and the brake shoe is reduced. This phenomenon usually occurs when the speed of the vehicle is below about 30 km / h and at a lower brake shoe pressure. The authors tested six different types of brake shoes repeatedly on a brake test stand under water spray conditions and studied the relationship between wheel tread roughness and friction coefficient. It is pointed out that the coefficient of friction does not necessarily depend on the tread surface roughness, unless the brake shoe pressure is small, but the friction coefficient of the two brake shoes is significantly reduced during repeated tests.
