2014年8月26日,湖北省荆州市公共资源交易中心政府采购部(以下简称采购部)完成该市中级人民法院科技法庭网络工程建设项目招标。该项目采购预算103万,实际中标金额59.429万,节约财政资金43.571万,节支率42.30%。据了解,该项目由科技法庭硬件设备、软件系统、法庭布线三部分组成。旨在通过该系统将法院审判过程中所有视频、音频、电子证物、笔录等信息以多画面显示的方式进行实时采集、录制,最终实现网络点播。采购部接受委托后,积极筹备、努力推进项目实施。
On August 26, 2014, the Government Procurement Department (hereinafter referred to as Purchasing Department) of Jingzhou City Public Resource Exchange Center of Hubei Province completed the bidding for the network engineering construction project of the Science and Technology Tribunal of the Intermediate People’s Court of the city. The project procurement budget 1.03 million, the actual bid amount of 594.29 million, saving 437.571 financial funds, savings rate of 42.30%. It is understood that the project consists of science and technology court hardware equipment, software systems, court wiring composed of three parts. The system is designed to collect, record and finally realize the on-demand webcasting of all the video, audio, electronic evidence, transcripts and other information in the court trial process in a multi-screen display manner through the system. Purchasing Department commissioned, the active preparation, and strive to promote the implementation of the project.
