由于自动化程度低的原因,传统的水力机械模型试验台无法实现模型机的稳定运转而产生误差,降低试验数据精度。针对这种情况,利用可编程序控制器及其模块、编程软件Visual Basic开发了水力机械模型试验台测控系统。该系统通过PLC自动控制试验台辅助设备,保证模型机的稳定运转,及时采集实验数据。试验结果表明,原试验台试验数据精度得到明显提高,给水力机械制造厂提供可靠地数据参数。该系统不仅具有操作简单、抗干扰能力强、灵活方便、实用性等特点,而且大大降低由控制试验台辅助设备所引起的试验数据误差。
Due to the low degree of automation, the traditional hydraulic mechanical model test bench can not achieve the stable operation of the model machine, resulting in errors and reducing the accuracy of the test data. In view of this situation, using the programmable logic controller and its module, the programming software Visual Basic has developed a hydromechanical model test bed measurement and control system. The system automatically controls the test bench auxiliary equipment through PLC, to ensure the stable operation of the model machine, timely collection of experimental data. The test results show that the accuracy of the original test bench test data has been significantly improved, to the hydraulic machinery manufacturer to provide reliable data parameters. The system not only has the advantages of simple operation, strong anti-interference ability, flexible and practical, but also greatly reduces the test data error caused by the auxiliary equipment of control test bench.
