跨文化交际实践证明,一个现代化旅游胜地给外国游客的总体印象不仅包括自然美景,还包括语言文化形象。俄罗斯成为三亚市第一大境外客源地。随着国际游客的大量涌入,对三亚旅游的软件服务要求越来越高。如何营造出美好的俄语语言文化形象,进一步推动国际旅游岛个性鲜明的旅游品牌的形成,是一个值得深思的问题。文章以三亚市旅游类公共服务领域为例,找寻俄语语言文化形象上存在的问题,提出国际旅游岛俄语语言文化形象创建与改善的有效措施。
Intercultural communication practice has proved that the overall impression of a modern tourist destination for foreign tourists not only includes natural beauty but also language and culture. Russia became the largest source of overseas tourists in Sanya. With the influx of international tourists, Sanya travel software service requirements are getting higher and higher. How to create a beautiful image of Russian language and culture and further promote the formation of tourism brand with distinctive international tourism is a question worth pondering. Taking the tourism public services in Sanya as an example, the article finds the problems existing in the image of Russian language and culture and puts forward the effective measures to establish and improve the Russian language and culture image of international tourism island.
