目的:通过检测复发性流产(RSA)患者血清中IL-18和IL-12的水平,探讨其与RSA的相关性。方法:选取2010年7月~2014年7月在该院进行产检的285例妇女为研究对象,其中复发性流产孕妇(RSA组)、健康早孕妇女(HEP组)和健康未孕妇女(HNP组)各95例,采用ELISA法测定血清中IL-18和IL-12的浓度。结果:RSA组病患血清中IL-18和IL-12浓度明显高于HEP组及HNP组(P<0.05),HEP组IL-18和IL-12浓度高于HNP组(P>0.05)。血清IL-12质量浓度在46.41 pg/ml时预测RSA的灵敏度为87.00%,特异度为71.50%;IL-18质量浓度在52.16 pg/ml时灵敏度为98.00%,特异度为66.50%。结论:母体血清中IL-12和IL-18与RSA存在密切关系,其参与RSA的发生发展,最终导致流产。应用ROC曲线可对流产发生进行有效预测,对RSA的诊断和早期预防具有一定价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between RSA and serum levels of IL-18 and IL-12 in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). METHODS: A total of 285 women who underwent childbirth in the hospital from July 2010 to July 2014 were enrolled in this study. The recurrent abortion pregnant women (RSA group), healthy pregnant women (HEP group) and healthy pregnant women (HNP group) ) In each 95 cases. Serum IL-18 and IL-12 concentrations were measured by ELISA. Results: The concentrations of IL-18 and IL-12 in serum of patients with RSA were significantly higher than those of HEP and HNP (P <0.05). The concentrations of IL-18 and IL-12 in HEP were higher than those of HNP (P> 0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of RSA were estimated to be 87.00% and 71.50% at 46.41 pg / ml. The sensitivity and specificity of IL-18 at 52.16 pg / ml were 98.00% and 66.50%, respectively. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between IL-12 and IL-18 in maternal serum and RSA. It is involved in the development of RSA and eventually leads to abortion. The application of ROC curve can effectively predict the occurrence of abortion, which is of value to the diagnosis and early prevention of RSA.
