通过分析C_2Cl_6、硝酸盐加石墨粉为基的固体精炼剂的精炼机理,以及分析它们与三气精炼剂各自的优缺点,可知:C_2Cl_6精炼效果好,但产生大量有害气体;NaNO_3—石墨粉精炼效果不佳,反应产物却无毒。我们扬长避短,经一系列试验,研制成功了一种以固体熔剂在铝液中产生Cl_2、N_2、CO_2三种气体进行精炼为特征的新型精炼剂——JDJL—1三气精炼剂,在有关工厂的铝、铜合金中使用,均获得满意的结果。
Through analyzing the refining mechanism of C_2Cl_6, nitrate and graphite powder-based solid refining agents, and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each of them and the three-gas refining agent, we can see: C_2Cl_6 refining effect is good, but produce a large number of harmful gases; NaNO_3- graphite powder refining Poor results, the reaction product is non-toxic. After a series of experiments, we successfully developed a new type of refining agent characterized by refining three kinds of gases, Cl_2, N_2 and CO_2, produced by solid flux in molten aluminum - JDJL-1 three-gas refining agent. Of aluminum, copper alloy used, are satisfactory results.
