作为TCL这艘家电巨轮的掌舵人,李东生2010年开始思考企业的互联网转型问题。期间,TCL陆续成立欢网科技、西安软件所等机构。终于,转型的系统框架在2014年2月底揭开面纱——“智能+互联网、产品+服务”。TCL的“双+”战略大致为:由经营产品为中心转向同时经营好产品和用户、以互联网思维开发极致体验的智能产品和服务、以“产品+服务”重构互联网时代的商业模式、建立满足战略转型要求的业务流程及组织体系。
