全国政协十二届五次会议,养老问题再度成为委员们最为关注的焦点之一,相关的提案多达数十份,涉及制度建设、机构建设、人才培养、长期护理保险等多个方面,很多提案是界别提案或联名提案。成立养老产业基金养老市场要细分2016年我国60岁及以上人口约2.3亿,占总人口的16.7%;65周岁及以上人口约1.5亿,占总人口的10.8%,面对如此庞大的群体,我国老龄服务供给总量不足,养老服务人员缺口约200万。围绕这个问题,委员们纷纷献计献策。
