针对某重卡前轴成形辊锻-模锻设计方案进行数值模拟仿真,建立前轴精度与成形工艺参数之间的定量关系,并引入到前轴成形辊锻有限元模拟分析中。采用数值模拟仿真技术,分析了某重卡前轴成形辊锻过程中弹簧板、弹簧板和工字梁过渡部位折叠缺陷的产生机理,为实际生产中重卡前轴成形辊锻工艺中的折叠缺陷的控制提供指导。
The quantitative relationship between the accuracy of the front axle and the forming process parameters was established for the die forging design of a heavy duty truck front axle forming roll. The quantitative analysis was also introduced into the finite element analysis of the front axle forming roll forging. The mechanism of the folding defects in the transition parts of the spring plate, the spring plate and the I-beam in a heavy truck front axle forming roll forging process was analyzed by using the numerical simulation technology. Control provides guidance.
