本文试验了在1,10—邻菲罗啉存在下,用流酸—氢氟酸溶样,并借助氟离子和加入柠檬酸钠掩蔽大量三价铁,使二价铁发色以测定铁矿中氧化亚铁的方法。实验表明:溶样时间以25分钟为好;时间太短,样品分解不完全;时间太长,有色络合物颜色减退。标洋和样品的溶样时间应严格控制一致。发色温度有很大影响,如加入柠檬酸钠溶液时,使塑料瓶中液温显著降低,将造成发色缓慢,结果偏低;故加入的佇檬酸钠溶液,要予热到80℃以上,使之达到在瞬间一次发色完全。直射光线可使有色溶液颜色迅速增强,在容量瓶的外面涂上黑漆以避免直射光照射,可使消光值稳定(见表1)。
