目的研究亚硒酸钠和维生素E对被动吸烟小鼠睾丸抗氧化能力及附睾精子的影响。方法小鼠置于自制被动吸烟箱中,每日吸烟两次,用药组小鼠分别给予亚硒酸钠、维生素E、亚硒酸钠和维生素E灌胃,连续35d。睾丸组织匀浆测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、硒含量。附睾精子观察密度、活动率、前向运动、快速前向运动精子百分比和畸形精子百分比。结果各用药组SOD、GSH-Px、硒含量和精子密度、活动率、前向运动精子、快速前向运动精子百分比均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA含量、畸形精子百分比降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论亚硒酸钠、维生素E可对抗被动吸烟引起的小鼠睾丸组织氧化损伤,起到保护精子的作用。
Objective To study the effects of sodium selenite and vitamin E on testis antioxidant capacity and epididymal sperm motility in passive smoking mice. Methods Mice were housed in self-made passive smoking crates and smoked twice daily. The mice in the treatment group were given sodium selenite, vitamin E, sodium selenite and vitamin E orally for 35 consecutive days. The content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA) and selenium in testis homogenate were measured. Epididymal sperm observation density, activity, forward movement, rapid forward movement of the percentage of sperm and malformed sperm. Results The contents of SOD, GSH-Px, selenium, sperm density, motility, motile spermatozoa and percentages of pre-motile spermatozoa were increased in all groups (P <0.05, P <0.01) The percentage of deformity sperm decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Sodium selenite and vitamin E can resist the oxidative damage of testicular tissue caused by passive smoking and play the role of protecting sperm.
