备课写教案,对于教师而言,似乎天经地义。众所周知,备课写教案是教师上好课的关键,使教学工作的重要一环。但是,近年来各级各类教育部门、学校对于教师备课、写教案的检查,愈来愈流于形式。检查时只是看看教案的数量怎么样,环节全不全、课时够不够,很少去具体落实教师课备的到底怎么样,根据自己所备教案课上得怎么样。
Preparing lesson plans and writing lesson plans seems to be a matter of course for teachers. As we all know, preparing lesson plans and writing lesson plans are the key to teachers’ good classes and make teaching an important part of teaching. However, in recent years, various types of education departments and schools have become more and more influential in the preparation of teachers for preparing lessons and writing teaching plans. During the inspection, I only looked at the number of lesson plans, the links were incomplete, and the class hours were not enough. I seldom went to the details of how to implement the teacher’s preparations. How was the lesson plan prepared by myself?
