本文以 80C198单片机为核心,通过对流体压力传感器、变送器输出的标准工业信号进行变换和处理,利用单片机中的 10位 A/D转换部件进行四通道压力采集,经数据处理和模糊控制算法调节后,由高速输出部件(HSO)输出四路压力控制信号和两路越限告警信号,实现了对多回路压力的精确测量与控制,并通过键盘显示器实现测控功能的选择、参数的在线修改和实时显示等.文中给出了详细的硬件原理电路和软件设计思路.
