前言电渣焊是近年来焊接科学技术领域中的一个巨大成就。这种焊接方法具有一系列的技术经济优点,特别对重型机器制造业的发展起着重要的作用。目前,在厚大断面金属件的焊接中,电渣焊是最经济最有成效的焊接方法。由于电渣焊的特点,它的焊接对象是厚大件。因此,保证工件的装配尺寸及安全吊运就成为一个重要的问题。国内外生产实践证明,采用焊接Π形铁的装配方法,不仅能够满足上述要求,而且可以限制焊接过程中间隙的变化及错边,保证焊接过程顺利进行。但是,由于使用Π形铁,却给生产上带来了不少问题。
Introduction Electroslag welding is a huge achievement in the field of welding science and technology in recent years.
