1975年至1988年我科收治内脏恶性肿瘤皮肤转移患者共34例,现分析报告如下。临床资料:本组男29例(85.3％),女5例(14.7％)。年龄为11～70岁,41～60岁占70.6％(24/34),平均年龄50.9岁,原发灶均经病理组织学或细胞学证实。其中鳞癌6例、低分化癌7例,未分化癌10例,腺癌4例,肉瘤2例,癌(未分类)5例。原发癌包括肺癌21例,鼻咽癌6例、食管癌4例,鼻腔恶性肿瘤2例,口咽癌1例,皮肤
From 1975 to 1988, a total of 34 patients with visceral malignant tumors and skin metastases were included in our department. The analysis report is as follows. Clinical data: There were 29 males (85.3%) and 5 females (14.7%) in this group. The age ranged from 11 to 70 years old, 41 to 60 years old accounted for 70.6% (24/34), and the average age was 50.9 years. The primary tumors were confirmed by histopathology or cytology. Among them, there were 6 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 7 cases of poorly differentiated carcinoma, 10 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma, 4 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of sarcoma, and 5 cases of carcinoma (not classified). The primary cancer included 21 cases of lung cancer, 6 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 4 cases of esophageal cancer, 2 cases of nasal malignant tumor, 1 case of oropharyngeal cancer, and skin.
