目的分析康复介入时间对小儿重型颅脑损伤后肢体功能恢复的影响。方法 104例确诊的中重度颅脑损伤患儿,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。所有患儿均进行常规治疗,其中观察组出生6个月内给予早期康复介入;对照组出生1岁后给予康复介入。对比两组患儿肢体功能恢复情况。结果治疗前两组患儿格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿治疗3个月后GCS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.15%,显著高于对照组的61.54%(P<0.05)。结论给予中重度颅脑损伤患儿早期康复介入治疗,有助于促进患者肢体功能恢复,改善生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation intervention on functional recovery of pediatric patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 104 children with moderate and severe traumatic brain injury diagnosed were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment, each with 52 cases. All children were treated routinely, of which the observation group was given early rehabilitation intervention within 6 months of birth and the control group was given rehabilitation intervention after birth. The recovery of limb function in two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment (P <0.05) The total effective rate of children was 96.15%, significantly higher than 61.54% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation intervention in children with moderate-severe craniocerebral injury may help to improve limb function recovery and improve quality of life.
