目的探讨精神病患者社区康复护理管理的重要性。方法选择2015年6月—2017年1月期间在该社区登记管理的76例精神病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组常规行重性精神疾病常规管理,定期随访;观察组在对照组基础上增加社区康复护理管理,观察两组患者干预前后精神病性症状改善情况,同时采用个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评估患者干预前后社会功能变化。结果观察组总有效率(92.10%)显著高于对照组(78.95%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组个人与社会功能量表(PSP)评分为(67.23±11.31)分,对照组为(54.23±10.78)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神病患者积极采取社区康复护理管理模式,可有效提升患者病情控制效果,并改善患者社会功能,有助于改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the importance of community rehabilitation nursing management in patients with mental illness. Methods Sixty-seven patients with psychosis registered in the community from June 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was routinely managed and routinely followed up for severe mental illness. The observation group was given RCT on the basis of the control group, and the improvement of psychiatric symptoms was observed before and after intervention. The personal and social function scale (PSP) Assess changes in social function before and after patient intervention. Results The total effective rate (92.10%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.95%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the score of individual and social function scale (PSP) in the observation group was (67.23 ± 11.31) points and that in the control group was (54.23 ± 10.78) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychiatric patients actively adopt the community-based rehabilitation nursing management mode, which can effectively improve the patient’s disease control effect and improve the social function of patients, which helps to improve the prognosis of the patients.
