采用树脂吸附—Fenton试剂氧化组合工艺对某炼油企业炼油碱渣废水进行预处理。实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:3种树脂串联吸附,废水流量0.33 mL/min,H2O2加入量0.20 mol/L,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=12,Fenton试剂氧化进水pH 3,Fenton试剂氧化反应时间120 min。在此条件下,废水的COD去除率为98.0%,BOD5/COD由0.09提高到0.70,可生化性有了较大的提高,为后续生化处理创造了条件。
Resin adsorption-Fenton reagent oxidation process was used to pretreat alkali refining wastewater of a refinery. The optimal conditions for the experiment were as follows: the three kinds of resins were adsorbed in series, the flow rate of wastewater was 0.33 mL / min, the dosage of H2O2 was 0.20 mol / L, the concentration of n (H2O2): n (Fe2 + Fenton reagent oxidation reaction time 120 min. Under this condition, COD removal rate of wastewater was 98.0%, BOD5 / COD increased from 0.09 to 0.70, biodegradability was greatly improved, which created the conditions for subsequent biochemical treatment.
