神经干细胞(NSC)的增殖、迁移和分化是脑可塑性的一个重要方面,也是缺血性脑损伤康复研究的一个新的热点。康复训练和丰富环境干预对脑损伤后的功能恢复有可靠疗效,能调控NSC生存的特殊微环境中的多种因子,促进NSC增殖、迁移和分化,影响脑损伤后的神经发生和脑的可塑性,促进脑结构和功能恢复。本文分析NSC增殖分化在缺血性脑损伤康复中的作用机制以及丰富环境刺激对NSC的影响,提出丰富环境刺激、康复训练和传统中医药等多种方法的综合运用,可能通过干预NSC增殖分化机制,提高脑损伤患者的康复疗效。
