我院自 1985年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1月共收治脾脏肿瘤 37例 ,均经手术及病理证实。现报告如下。1 临床资料一般资料 :本组 37例中男 2 1例 ,女 16例。年龄 2 1～80岁 ,平均为 47 4岁。脾脏良性肿瘤 2 3例 ,恶性肿瘤 14例 (其中非何杰金病 5例 ,何杰金病 2例 ,网状细胞肉瘤 3例 ,
A total of 37 cases of splenic tumors were treated in our hospital from January 1985 to January 2000. All were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The report is as follows. 1 General clinical data: There were 37 males and 16 females in 37 cases. Age 2 1 to 80 years old, with an average of 47 4 years old. There were 23 cases of benign tumors of the spleen and 14 cases of malignant tumors (including 5 cases of non-Hodgkin’s disease, 2 cases of Hodgkin’s disease, and 3 cases of reticular cell sarcoma).
