目的建立一种测定珍菊降压片中盐酸可乐定,氢氯噻嗪,芦丁的方法。方法实验在未涂层毛细管中,20℃,20kV电压条件下运行,压力进样50kPa,5s,检测波长210nm。结果盐酸可乐定的线性范围为10μg·mL-1~100μg·mL-1,氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的线性范围为30μg·mL-1~300μg·mL-1。日间与日内精密度RSD均小于15%。盐酸可乐定,氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的加样回收率分别为94.96%,84.45%和89.88%。结论盐酸可乐定,氢氯噻嗪,芦丁达到基线分离,方法简便,快速,可用于对珍菊降压片中三种成分的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of clonidine hydrochloride, hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in Zhenju Antihypertensive tablets. Methods The experiment was carried out in an uncoated capillary tube under the conditions of 20 ℃ and 20kV. The pressure was injected at 50kPa for 5s and the detection wavelength was 210nm. Results The linear range of clonidine hydrochloride was 10μg · mL-1 ~ 100μg · mL-1. The linear range of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin was 30μg · mL-1 ~ 300μg · mL-1. The RSDs were less than 15% during the day and the day. The recoveries of clonidine hydrochloride, hydrochlorothiazide and rutin were 94.96%, 84.45% and 89.88%, respectively. Conclusion Clonidine hydrochloride, hydrochlorothiazide and rutin can be separated on baseline. The method is simple, rapid and can be used for the simultaneous determination of three components in Zhenju Antihypertensive tablets.
