为保持规定的车内温度而要求采用隔热的边界层的铁道车辆多层结构的车体,建议应用夹层结构原理。由于可以使用具有足够刚性而又轻型的绝热材料,已经大大改善了合理制造具有隔热性能的承载的夹层结构部件的能力。大面积形状稳定的车辆部件的制造导致了一种新的车辆结构形式即大型部件和夹层结构。根据多年的实践经验,本文报道了这种结构形式在保温车和客车制造中的应用情况,同时简要地叙述了设计和制造方面的主要问题。
In order to maintain the required temperature inside the car and require the use of insulated boundary layer rail vehicle multilayer structure of the body, the proposed application of sandwich structure principle. The ability to reasonably fabricate a load-bearing sandwich component with thermal insulation has been greatly improved by the fact that it is possible to use a sufficiently rigid but lightweight insulation material. The manufacture of large-area, shape-stable vehicle components has led to a new form of vehicle construction, namely large components and sandwich structures. Based on many years of practical experience, this paper reports the application of this type of structure in the manufacture of insulated vehicles and passenger cars, and briefly describes the major design and manufacturing issues.
