目的观察鼻咽肿瘤细胞苯胺蓝检测技术筛查鼻咽癌的有效性,为鼻咽癌临床筛查提供新选择。方法选取2014年1月—2016年6月广东省人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的220例疑似鼻咽癌者,经鼻咽纤维镜活检确诊为鼻咽癌的110例患者为观察组,另外110例为对照组,所有入组对象均通过鼻咽拭子的方法采集鼻咽部渗液,采用鼻咽肿瘤细胞苯胺蓝检测技术进行鼻咽部渗液检测,统计两组对象的检测阳性率,计算敏感度及特异度。结果观察组鼻咽癌的阳性率为86.36%(95/110),明显高于对照组16.36%(18/110),敏感度为86.36%,特异度为83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽肿瘤细胞苯胺蓝检测技术是一种筛查鼻咽癌的无创、有效、准确的方法,具有较高的敏感度及特异度,降低了误诊率及漏诊率,具有显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of aniline blue detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells in the screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and provide a new choice for clinical screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of suspected nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to otolaryngology department of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as observation group and 110 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by nasopharyngeal fiber biopsy. As the control group, all the subjects were collected nasopharyngeal nasopharyngeal swab nasopharyngeal exudate nasopharyngeal nasopharyngeal tumor cell detection technology nasopharyngeal exudate detection statistics, the positive rate of detection of two groups of objects, calculate Sensitivity and specificity. Results The positive rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the observation group was 86.36% (95/110), significantly higher than that in the control group (16.36%, 18/110), the sensitivity was 86.36% and the specificity was 83.64%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Aniline blue detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells is a noninvasive, effective and accurate method for screening nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It has high sensitivity and specificity, reduces the misdiagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate, and has significant clinical value .
