研究了在低温熔盐中(≤200℃)电沉积Al-Ti合金粉时,电沉积条件对沉积合金成分和粒度的影响.用扫描电镜观察了不同电沉积条件下的结晶状态,并对粉末杂质含量和电效进行了分析与讨论,提出采用小电流密度制取致密结晶是降低含氧量和提高电效的关键.
The effects of electrodeposition conditions on the composition and particle size of the deposited alloy were studied when the Al-Ti alloy powder was electrodeposited in low temperature molten salt (≤200 ℃). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the crystallization state under different electrodeposition conditions. The content and efficiency of the powder impurities were analyzed and discussed. The key point was to reduce the oxygen content and improve the electrical efficiency by using compact current density.
