中国消费者协会近日将点评的矛头指向了保险领域,并于2004年12月5日在《北京青年报》上公布了涉及寿险和车险的10大不平等格式条款点评意见,从而引发了对保险条款规定的一次大讨论。笔者认为,应从专业角度和保险公司的特殊地位与经营规律出发来客观地解读该点评内容。 点评中,的确指出了部分有损投保人、被保险人利益的条款,有利于保护消费者的利益,也有利于监督保险业的健康发展。 1.随心所欲调费率,单方变更不协商。
