目的:探讨参芪止疱颗粒治疗生殖器疱疹的作用机制。方法:Dunkin Hartly白化雌性豚鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、参芪止疱颗粒组和阿昔洛韦组,建立HSV-2感染豚鼠生殖道模型,并给予相应药物灌胃治疗10天,观察豚鼠外阴皮肤症状变化,HE染色检测子宫、输卵管、卵巢组织病理变化,电镜技术观察豚鼠外阴皮肤组织及脊髓神经节超微结构变化。结果:参芪止疱颗粒在改善豚鼠外阴皮肤症状,减轻子宫、输卵管、卵巢组织病理损伤及外阴皮肤及脊髓神经节超微结构损伤方面的作用与阿昔洛韦相似。结论:参芪止疱颗粒能起到有效抗HSV-2的作用,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Shen Qixing Blister Granule in treating genital herpes. Methods: Forty white female guinea pigs with Dunkin Hartly albino were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Shen Qixi Blister Granule group and acyclovir group to establish HSV-2 model of reproductive tract in guinea pigs, and given the corresponding drug gavage The changes of the vulva skin in guinea pigs were observed after 10 days. The pathological changes of uterus, oviduct and ovary were observed by HE staining. The changes of ultrastructure in the vulva skin tissue and spinal ganglia were observed by electron microscopy. Results: Shenqi blister particles in improving guinea pigs vulvar skin symptoms, reduce uterine, fallopian tube, ovarian tissue pathology and vulvar skin and spinal ganglion ultrastructure damage and acyclovir similar. Conclusion: Shenqi blister particles can play an effective anti-HSV-2 role, worthy of clinical promotion.
