目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损害的疗效。方法对38例窒息新生儿采用随机数字法分组,对照组予常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上给予生脉注射液和磷酸肌酸钠,均静脉滴注,10d为1个疗程,比较治疗10d前后的心肌酶谱。结果本组窒息新生儿的心肌酶谱均增高,治疗组治疗前后,心肌酶及其同工酶活性,测定结果经统计学处理有极显著意义,治疗组与对照组治疗后生化指标测定结果经统计学处理有极显著意义。结论生脉联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损害疗效好。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sodium creatine phosphate on neonatal asphyxia induced myocardial damage. Methods Thirty-eight neonates with asphyxia were divided into groups according to the random number method. The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive therapy. The treatment group was given Shengmai injection and sodium creatine phosphate on the basis of conventional comprehensive therapy. Comparison of myocardial enzymes before and after treatment 10d. Results The myocardial enzymes of neonatal asphyxia in this group were increased. The activity of myocardial enzymes and its isoenzymes before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant. The biochemical indexes of the treatment group and the control group were Statistical treatment has a very significant meaning. Conclusion Shengmai combined with sodium creatine phosphate treatment of neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage caused by good effect.
