工程项目是施工企业的核心细胞和形象窗口,是企业的信誉之本、效益之源、文化之根。在当前普遍低价中标以及行业管理不规范的情形下,只有实施精细管理,提高运作质量,才能在激烈竞争的经济大潮中立于不败之地;只有加强成本管控,创造赢利点、止住失血点、控制风险点,才能在微利时代的建筑市场中提升盈利空间。2009年以来,公司由单一砼制品转型为综合施工,先后参与了石武、绕城、渝利、江南、东汽、浩圆等铁路、公路、房建等大中型项目的施工。其间,既有成功盈利的典范,也由亏损失败的教训。
