门阀制度(又称士族制度)魏晋南北朝时期特有的历史现象。它的特点是按门户等级区别士庶在经济、政治、文化上的不同地位;门阀贵族在各方面都享有特权,琅邪王氏是在这种制度下发展起来的世族。
