乌头芎芷散出自明清《太医院秘藏膏丹丸散方剂》,方药组成由乌头、川芎、白芷、甘草、薄荷、细茶六味组成。笔者运用乌头芎芷散治疗各种原因引起的顽固性偏正头风三叉神经痛等,临床应用常获良效。药物用法:乌头15克川芎15克白芷30克、甘草15克,共为组末,每服3克,1日3次,薄荷、细茶各10克煎汤送服。典型病例:王某,女,28岁,农民,1993年月57日初诊。主诉周期性右侧偏头痛,头痛位于右侧额、颞、眼眶等处。呈胀裂性疼痛,每次疼痛持续半小时至1小时左右,间隔数天或半月反复发作。病程
