为了解西藏自治区当地居民维生素D的状况,并探究影响维生素D含量的可能原因,于2008~2009年连续6次对西藏日喀则尼仓村16名农民(男性7人,女性9人)采集血样,共计81份血样;于2012,2013年两次在西藏拉萨、定日、那曲、日喀则4个地区各选取15~50名居民采集血样,最终获得290份血样。其中126份来源于男性,164份来源于女性。血样经自治区人民医院专业医师处理后提取血清后采用放射免疫法测定血清25(OH)D含量。经分析,西藏地区平均血清25(OH)D含量为12.25 ng/m L。男性的血清25(OH)D含量为(12.8±4.9)ng/m L,女性平均为(11.9±5.3)ng/m L。根据中国老年学学会骨质疏松委员会标准,仅10.4%的男性和4.2%的女性维生素D含量达到足够状态(P<0.05)。青年人的血清25(OH)D水平要高出中老年人20%。夏季的血清25(OH)D水平要高于冬季约30%。不同职业的人群血清25(OH)D水平具有差异,牧民、教师和学生的均高于农民。总之,西藏自治区平均维生素D含量处于不足状态;通过观察发现,这与当地居民的衣着方式、肤色和饮食习惯有很大的关系。另外,不同季节、年龄、性别、地区人体血清25(OH)D含量不一样。其中原因值得我们去反思和探究。
In order to understand the status of Vitamin D in local residents of Tibet Autonomous Region and to explore the possible causes of vitamin D content, blood samples were collected from 16 peasants (7 males and 9 females) for 6 consecutive times in 2008, A total of 81 blood samples were collected. Blood samples were collected from 15 to 50 residents in four districts of Lhasa, Dingri, Nagqu and Shigatse in 2012 and 2013 respectively, and finally 290 blood samples were obtained. Of these, 126 were from men and 164 from women. Blood samples were collected from the People’s Hospital of Autonomous Region People’s Hospital after treatment of serum extracted by radioimmunoassay determination of serum 25 (OH) D content. After analysis, the average serum 25 (OH) D content in Tibet was 12.25 ng / m L. Serum 25 (OH) D levels were (12.8 ± 4.9) ng / m L for males and 11.9 ± 5.3 ng / m L for females. According to the criteria of the Osteoporosis Committee of the Gerontological Society of China, only 10.4% of men and 4.2% of women achieved adequate levels of vitamin D (P <0.05). Serum 25 (OH) D levels in young people are 20% higher than in older adults. The serum 25 (OH) D level in summer is about 30% higher than in winter. There is a difference in serum 25 (OH) D levels among different occupational groups, with pastoralists, teachers and students being higher than peasants. In short, the average vitamin D content in the Tibet Autonomous Region is in a deficit state. According to the observation, it has a great relationship with the local residents’ clothing style, color and diet. In addition, different seasons, age, gender, regional human serum 25 (OH) D content is not the same. The reason why we should go to reflect and explore.
