魏玛政府根据自身利益的需要对中国采取了双轨外交政策 :既通过《中德协约》与北京政府建立了正式往来 ,又与孙中山领导的南方政府保持微妙关接触。 192 1— 192 4年间 ,南方政府与魏玛共和国之间的关系忽冷忽热。战后德国的中国政策及其在世界政治中的尴尬处境决定了孙中山联德必然失败的走向。本文以德文档案为基础 ,以孙中山三派代表赴欧联德的活动以及战后德国驻广东的三任外交代表与孙中山的接触为横线 ,从魏玛政府的中国政策的视角 ,考察孙中山联德失败的真正原因
The Weimar government took a two-track foreign policy toward China according to the needs of its own interests.
