辊磨动载荷是激发立磨辊磨系统产生机械振动的激振力,由于测试手段所限,磨辊动载荷难以测量,求解磨辊动载荷的理论方法尚不完善.文中提出一种求解磨辊动载荷的方法,即建立立磨辊磨系统三维物理模型,应用拉格朗日方程法建立动力学数学模型,利用三维建模软件建模得到动力学模型中的刚度等变量,将DASP系统采集的振动信号处理成函数代入动力学模型反求出磨辊动载荷.该方法为解决此类问题提供了新的途径,对立磨机的完善和发展具有实用价值.“,”The dynamic load of the grinding roller serves as the exciting force to stimulate the grinding system of the vertical mill to generate the mechanical vibration, yet it is difficult to measure due to the limit of testing methods, while the theories and methods to calculate the dynamic load of the grinding roller are still not perfect. In this paper, a method is proposed to work out the dynamic load of the grinding roller, i.e., building a three-dimensional physical model for the grinding system of the vertical mill, using Lagrange-equation to establish the dynamic math model, modeling with the three-dimensional modeling software to obtain such variables as rigidity in the dynamical model and finally substituting the functions transformed by the vibration signals collected through the DASP system into the dynamical model to calculate the dynamic load of the grinding roller. The method proposed in this paper is expected to provide a new solution for such problems, and it has practical values for the improvement and development of the vertical mill.
