为贯彻“安全第一、预防为主”的方针,局劳动保护教育中心、针对我局劳动安全干部新职多,素质低,劳动安全管理工作不适的情况,从抓提前、争主动做好劳动安全工作出发,于1988年3月28日～6月30日,共举办了五期劳动保护干部培训班。参加培训班的学员来自海拉尔、齐齐哈尔、佳木斯、伊图里河分局及工业处、工程处、集经处等189个单位的站、段、厂、队级的专兼职劳动保护干部208名。
In order to carry out the principle of “safety first and prevention first”, the Labor Protection Education Center of the Bureau, in view of the new job security and quality of staff of our bureau, the low quality and the discomfort of labor safety management, Starting from the safety work, from March 28 to June 30, 1988, a total of five training courses for labor protection cadres were held. Participants in the training course included 208 full time part-time labor protection cadres at stations, sections, factories and teams of 189 units including Hailar, Qiqihar, Jiamusi, Ituri River branch and industrial department, engineering department and collection agency.
