目的分析髋关节置换手术患者运用术中护理对下肢深静脉血栓形成所带来的影响。方法选取该院从2015年11月—2016年11月收收治髋关节置换手术80例患者,将患者平均分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用术中护理,而对照组则采用一般护理,对比两组患者的凝血和下肢深静脉血栓的形成情况。结果研究组的情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换手术患者运用术中护理,使得患者下肢深静脉血栓的形成得到抑制,此时方法值得运用和推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of intraoperative nursing care on deep venous thrombosis in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery. Methods The hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 received 80 cases of hip replacement surgery patients, the patients were equally divided into study group and control group, the study group with intraoperative care, while the control group was treated with general care, The coagulation and deep venous thrombosis of the two groups were compared. Results The study group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of intraoperative care in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty results in the suppression of the formation of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities. At this point, the method deserves to be used and promoted.
