目的观察平消胶囊合并化疗治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2009年3月～2011年5月收治的80例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者资料进行回顾性分析,将80例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例,观察组患者使用平消胶囊合并化疗进行治疗,对照组患者使用常规治疗方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗结果显示,观察组患者的化疗药物毒副反应和化疗之后患者的生存质量和对照组患者进行比较,具有明显的优势,两组比较存在显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义,患者用药期间无不良反应,均有良好的耐受性。结论平消胶囊配合化疗治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤,可以增强疗效,降低患者的毒副反应,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pingxiao capsule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of digestive system malignancies. Methods The data of 80 patients with digestive system malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in observation group and control group, and 40 cases in observation group and control group Xiao capsule combined with chemotherapy for treatment, the control group of patients treated with conventional treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The results of the treatment showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in the side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs and the patients’ quality of life after chemotherapy compared with those in the control group (P <0.01), which were statistically significant, No adverse reactions during the patient medication, are well tolerated. Conclusion Pingxiao capsule with chemotherapy in the treatment of digestive system malignancies can enhance the curative effect and reduce the side effects of the patients and deserve wide clinical promotion.
