目的:探讨nm 23与p53 在皮肤癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用链霉卵白素(SP)免疫组化技术对41 例皮肤癌标本染色。结果:nm 23 阴性表达者肿瘤浸润深度及区域淋巴结转移率明显高于阳性表达者(P均< 0.01);p53 阳性表达者肿瘤浸润深度及区域淋巴结转移率明显高于阴性表达者(P均< 0.05)。结论:nm 23基因缺失和p53 基因突变可能在皮肤癌的浸润及淋巴结转移中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nm23 and p53 in skin cancer. METHODS: A total of 41 skin cancer specimens were stained with streptavidin (SP) immunohistochemistry. Results: The depth of tumor invasion and regional lymph node metastasis were significantly higher in nm23-negative patients than in those with positive expression (P<0.01). The depth of tumor invasion and regional lymph node metastasis were significantly higher in patients with p53-positive tumors than in those with negative expression (P>0.05). Both < 0.05). Conclusion: The deletion of nm23 gene and p53 gene mutation may play an important role in the invasion and lymph node metastasis of skin cancer.
