为改革我国在对外活动中有关赠礼、受礼的规定,特作如下决定:一、我国各级政府、军事机关、人民团体、企业事业单位及其成员,在同外国单位和个人的交往中,除确有必要,并经授权机关批准者外,一律不向对方赠送礼品,也不接受对方的礼品。二、在对外交往中,严禁公开示意或暗示对方赠与礼品,或以托对方代购物品为名变相敲诈勒索。违者从严处分。三、在对外交往中,由于难以谢绝而接受的礼品,一律交公,不得自行处理。
