目的 研究距骨生长发育规律并建立出生后幼儿至成人正常距骨X线测量值。 方法 对 176 5例正常儿童、青少年右足距骨X线照片进行测量。 结果 两岁以前 ,距骨的生长速度最快 ,与体格发育 (如体重、身高等 )相一致。以后不出现明显的增长高峰。到青春发育期 ,距骨也不出现增长高峰。 结论 X线测量值不但用于某些先天性或后天性疾病所致距骨形态改变的正常对照 ,而且也用于其他方面 (如人类学、法医学 )的研究。
Objective To study the law of growth and development of the talus and to establish the normal talar X-ray measurement of infants to adults after birth. Methods A total of 176 5 normal children and adolescents with right talus and X-ray were measured. Results Before the age of two, the talus grew fastest and was consistent with physical development (such as weight, height, etc.). There will be no obvious growth peak in the future. To puberty, talus does not appear to increase the peak. Conclusions X-ray measurements are not only used as a normal control for changes in the shape of the talus caused by certain congenital or acquired diseases, but also for other aspects such as anthropology and forensic science.
