通过花萼管注射技术,将牛胸腺DNA与酪蛋白基因导入花生品种白沙10l6与鲁花10号,D1代株形、分枝、果形、熟性、育性等性状出现了较大的分离,总变异率为34.1%~94.1%,高于野生种DNA导入后代及诱变处理后代的变异率。表明超远缘物种DNA在促使花生栽培种产生广泛的遗传变异方面可能具有更大的利用价值。
The bovine thymus DNA and casein gene were introduced into peanut variety Baisha10l6 and Luhua10 by calyx tube injection technique. The shape, branching, fruit shape, maturity, fertility and other traits of D1 generation were greatly separated, The total variation rate was 34.1% ~ 94.1%, which was higher than that of wild-type DNA introduction and mutation treatment. It is indicated that the DNA of the ultra-distant species may have greater utilization value in prompting the widespread genetic variation of peanut cultivars.
