目前武汉市郊区栽培桃的品种,几乎全是早熟的大红袍,中晚熟品种很少,有的中晚熟良种已经失传。为了调节市场供应,增加花色品种,满足城市人民生活需要,我们从1975年起组织有关单位协作,进行营养系选种,单株选优,几年来初步选出了水蜜桃优良单株3株。现将情况小结如下:
Currently cultivated peach varieties in the suburbs of Wuhan City, almost all early Dahongpao, very few late-maturing varieties, and some late-maturing varieties have been lost. In order to adjust the market supply, increase the variety of varieties and meet the needs of the urban people’s life, we organized the relevant units to cooperate with each other in 1975 to carry out the selection of nutrition lines and the selection of individual plants.
