目的探讨中药呆聪液对老龄鼠痴呆模型免疫功能的影响。方法选择22月龄的老龄SD大鼠,脑内注射海人酸,选择性破坏神经元,制备学习和记忆功能障碍的老龄大鼠痴呆模型,然后用不同剂量的中药呆聪液给予治疗1月,用3H-TdR掺入DNA法观察呆聪液对淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果低剂量呆聪液实验组可提高痴呆动物的淋巴细胞增殖能力,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中剂量和大剂量实验组可显著提高痴呆动物的淋巴细胞增殖能力,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);但中剂量和大剂量实验组组间无显著性差异。结论呆聪液可提高痴呆动物模型的细胞免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Daicong Solution on the immune function of aged rats with dementia. Methods 22-month-old SD rats were selected and injected intracranially with kainic acid to selectively destroy neurons. An aged rat model of learning and memory dysfunction was demented, and then treated with different doses of Daedong solution for 1 month. 3H-TdR incorporation of DNA was used to observe the effect of Daicong solution on lymphocyte proliferation. Results The low-dose Daicong solution experimental group could increase the lymphocyte proliferation ability of dementia animals, and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.05). The medium- and high-dose experimental groups can significantly increase the lymphocyte proliferation of dementia animals. There was a statistically significant difference between the model group and the model group (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the medium and high dose groups. Conclusion Daicong Liquid can improve the cellular immune function in animal models of dementia.
