以水稻早熟恢复系 40 2的 5 3个体细胞无性系为材料 ,研究其 5个谷粒与 5个米粒形状指标的变异及它们之间的相关性表现。结果表明 ,来自同一基因型的 5 3个体细胞无性系的 1 0个粒形指标发生了显著变异 ,相关分析表明 ,谷粒长、谷粒厚、谷粒长 宽比分别与米粒长、米粒长 宽比呈显著正相关 ,而谷粒厚与米粒宽为显著负相关 ,谷粒宽、谷粒长 厚比与米粒性状间的相关均不显著。因子分析表明 ,1 0个粒形指标可分为受 4个主因子控制的性状群 ,即米粒形状因子、谷粒形状因子、籽粒厚度因子和谷粒宽因子 ,前 2个主因子的累积贡献率为66.82 % ,粒长是在这两个主因子中起关键作用的核心性状。
Five 5 somatic clones of 40 2 rice early maturing restorer line were used as materials to study the variation of 5 grain shape and 5 grain shape index and the correlation between them. The results showed that there were significant variations in 10 grain shape indexes of 53 somatic clones derived from the same genotype. The correlation analysis showed that grain length, grain length and grain length-width ratio were the same as those of grain length and grain length But the grain width was significantly negatively correlated with the grain width. There was no significant correlation between grain width, grain length to thickness ratio and grain characteristics. Factor analysis showed that 10 grain shape indicators could be divided into four trait-controlled trait groups, namely, rice grain shape factor, grain shape factor, grain thickness factor and grain width factor, with the cumulative contribution of the first two main factors The rate was 66.82%. Grain length is a core trait that plays a key role in these two main factors.
