针对云南某磷矿在露天爆破生产中部空气间隔装药问题,通过设计填塞长度不变的条件下不同空气间隔比例方案,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对5种不同空气间隔比例进行数值模拟分析,在对试验方案的不同空气比例的装药结构的爆破应力云图以及对爆破提取有效应力曲线进行对比分析,并参照爆破安全规程的标准,获得填塞不变下中部空气间隔装药的最佳的空气间隔装药比例为15%,并将模拟方案进行现场验证,从爆破过后的大块率、降振率和经济效益来验证该方案的正确性;依据萨道夫斯基公式得出该条件下的k,α值,为矿山日后爆破生产提供了理论依据。
