目的建立工作场所空气中硫化氢的离子色谱测定法。方法用装有氢氧化钠溶液的多孔玻板吸收管采集工作场所空气中的硫化氢,吸收液过滤后经Dionex IonPac AS7阴离子交换柱分离,安培检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。按照《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求进行试验。结果硫化氢的浓度在0.1~0.6μg/ml内线性关系良好,r值为0.999 8;检出限为0.035 0μg/ml(进样量25μl);以采样体积为7.5 L计算该方法的最低检出浓度为0.004 7 mg/m~3;方法的重现性好,其相对标准偏差为0.798%~3.26%;方法的模拟样品的加标回收率为94.0%~101%。结论该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,绿色环保,各项指标均达到要求,适用于工作场所空气中硫化氢的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air of the workplace by ion chromatography. Methods Hydrogen sulfide in the workplace was collected by porous glass absorption tube containing sodium hydroxide solution. The solution was filtered and separated by Dionex IonPac AS7 anion exchange column. The detector was detected by amperometric detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. In accordance with “Occupational Health Standard Setting Guide Part 4 workplace Determination of chemical substances in the air” requirements of the test. Results The concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the range of 0.1-0.6 μg / ml had a good linearity with a r value of 0.999 8. The detection limit was 0.035 μg / ml (injection volume was 25 μl). The lowest detection limit of this method was 7.5 L The method showed good reproducibility with a relative standard deviation of 0.798% -3.26%. The recoveries of the simulated samples were 94.0% -101%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, green and environmental protection. The indexes meet the requirements and are suitable for the monitoring of H2S in the air of the workplace.
