以某副食批发商场向五星级酒店的改造为实例,介绍对原有结构的抗震鉴定方法及承载力的验算;增层后结构的整体计算分析及加层可行性分析。给出了加层混凝土柱的构造做法;新加钢结构与原有混凝土柱梁连接节点构造大样,保证新旧构件连接的整体性与可靠性。对原有结构中承载力不足的框架柱采用外包角钢加固法,框架梁采用粘钢加固法及增大截面加固法,给出了加固节点做法及施工注意事项等。工程已于2010年改造完成并装修成五星级酒店投入使用至今,加固改造效果良好。
Taking a non-staple food wholesale mall as an example, this paper introduces the method of seismic identification and bearing capacity verification of the original structure, the overall calculation and analysis of the added structure and the feasibility analysis of added layers. The construction practice of reinforced concrete columns is given. The joint between the new steel structure and the original concrete column girder is of large structure, which ensures the integrity and reliability of the connections between old and new components. For the frame column with insufficient bearing capacity in the original structure, the angle steel reinforcement method is adopted, the frame beam is made of the stick steel reinforcement method and the enlarged section reinforcement method, and the reinforcement node approach and construction precautions are given. The project was completed in 2010 and renovated into a five-star hotel has been put into use so far, reinforcement and transformation works well.
