结核病是我国常见病、多发病。据报道肾结核占肺外结核的首位,由于本病临床表现复杂多样,加之多种原因首诊医生对本病认识不足,常致误诊。现对我院近年误诊的30例肾结核作一报道分析,以利于在今后的临床工作中提高对该病的正确诊断。1 临床资料 ①30例中男19例,女11例,年龄26～59岁,平均37.2岁;②初诊表现;30例中尿频、尿急、尿痛2l例,肉眼血尿8例,结核性腹膜炎1例,女性附件结核1例,高血压1例;③尿化验检查脓尿10例,血尿12例,蛋白尿15例。尿细菌培养4例阳性,尿结核菌培养5例阳性,24小时尿沉渣抗酸染色涂片查结核杆菌16例阳性;④肾盂造影检查:20例受检者16例异常,其中单侧严重破坏13例,双侧破坏3例,4例正常;⑤同位素肾图检查:19例受检者均有不同程度的异常(单侧呈舌功能水平线10
Tuberculosis is a common disease in our country, frequently-occurring disease. It is reported that renal tuberculosis accounts for the first place of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, due to the complex and diverse clinical manifestations of the disease, combined with a variety of reasons, the first clinician lack of knowledge of the disease, often misdiagnosed. Now in our hospital misdiagnosed in 30 cases of renal tuberculosis for a report analysis to facilitate the clinical work in the future to improve the correct diagnosis of the disease. 1 clinical data ①30 cases, 19 males and 11 females, aged 26 to 59 years, an average of 37.2 years; ② initial performance; 30 cases of urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria 2l cases, gross hematuria in 8 cases, tuberculous peritonitis 1 Cases, female attachment tuberculosis in 1 case, hypertension in 1 case; ③ urine test check pyuria in 10 cases, 12 cases of hematuria, proteinuria in 15 cases. 4 were positive for urine bacterial culture, 5 were positive for urine TB culture, 16 were positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis in 24-hour urinary sediment acid-fast staining smear. ④ Pyelography was abnormal in 16 of 20 subjects, including unilateral serious damage 13 cases, bilateral destruction in 3 cases, 4 cases of normal; ⑤ isotope kidney chart examination: 19 subjects were different degrees of abnormalities (unilateral tongue function level line 10
