本文介绍的呼吸流速测量装置采用1151电容式差压传惑器,并利用MCS-96系列8097BH 单片机进行数据的采集、处理、结果输出。程序用高效率高级语言PL/M 语言编写。除呼吸流速外,还提供与呼吸流量、呼吸时间有关的二次参数,可应用于呼吸音的分析、临床肺功能检查及呼吸生理的研究,也可应用于其他低速气体的测量。 This article describes the respiratory flow measurement device using 1151 capacitive differential pressure sensor, and the use of MCS-96 Series 8097BH microcontroller data acquisition, processing, the results output. The program is written in high-level, high-level language PL / M. In addition to the respiratory flow rate, it also provides secondary parameters related to respiratory flow and respiration time. It can be used in the analysis of breath sounds, clinical lung function tests and respiratory physiology, as well as other low-speed gas measurements.
